PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Please allow up to 5 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, however, returns may still be made. HAAPPY Gifts is not responsible for unforeseen delays from the Postal Service.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once delivered or an incorrectly entered address. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer's address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing or stolen items with the appropriate Postal Carrier or credit card company.
Any damaged packages must be reported within 14 days and the damaged package must be delivered to your local USPS office in order for us to file a claim for you.
SHIPPING RATES AND TIMES
Shipping is free to the lower 48 states in North America and the District of Columbia. Please allow up to 10 business days after orders have been shipped for delivery. We do not currently ship to residents outside of the contiguous United States.
